Last summer I went to Baltimore Artscape again although I had to go after work so by the time I got there it was pretty late. This wasn’t so bad as most of the artwork was still on display but most of the performance artists were already done for the day. One exception was this troupe that performed a Brazilian carnival act through out the whole festival. That is no small feat considering the fact that artscape is fairly big and encompasses a large part of downtown Baltimore. I must say that I was impressed that the musicians and dancers kept up their enthusiasm and poise despite the summer heat.
